Personal Injury Attorney Michelle Hockers

Michelle M. Hockers

Background & Courtroom Experience

Michelle Hockers has developed a reputation as a strong litigator. Unlike many attorneys her age, Michelle has shown she is not afraid to take a case to trial. She has represented clients in seven jury trials since graduation in 2015. Judges and opposing counsel have praised Michelle for her skills in the courtroom and described her as “a bright and shining star in the legal community.” In addition to her experience at trial, Michelle has experience litigating pre-trial. She has conducted over one hundred depositions, written briefs filed at the Court of Appeals level, and gone up against some of the best and brightest lawyers in the state. As a partner at Murphy & Prachthauser, she focuses her practice on motor vehicle collisions, product defects, premises liability cases, and general negligence litigation. Admitted to practice in courts across the country (including California and Minnesota), she has helped clients secure judgments at trial that doubled the offer made by the insurance company before trial and achieved multi-million dollar settlements in serious injury cases.

Being injured can be a frightening and stressful time in a person’s life. Through hard work, compassion, and experience practicing exclusively personal injury law, we can help our clients through their difficult times and help them move forward on the path to recovery.
